We’re looking for a Chef De Partie to join the team at The Grazing Goat. As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take ownership of your section, prepare exceptional dishes with precision, and support the wider kitchen team. You’ll help deliver the high standards Cubitt House is known for—seasonal cooking, thoughtful technique, and warm hospitality through food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run your section with confidence, consistency, and pride.
  • Prepare and present dishes to Cubitt House standards.
  • Support senior chefs with daily prep, service, and kitchen organisation.
  • Work with fresh, seasonal, sustainable British ingredients.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and organisation.
  • Contribute to menu development and kitchen creativity.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP in a quality kitchen.
  • Solid understanding of classic techniques and seasonal cooking.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced kitchen.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Genuine passion for food, craft, and hospitality.
  • Full eligibility to work in the UK.
