Technical Product Manager – AI
London or Budapest (remote)
Fully comped travel to Budapest every 6 weeks (soon to be every 12 weeks)
Something new is launching mid-August.
It’s not an app. Not a dashboard. It’s a platform for AI agents that actually helps people get things done – quickly, intelligently, and without all the friction of traditional productivity tools.
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to help shape this from the inside. You won’t be writing PRDs all day or presenting slide decks. You’ll be shipping real stuff, building fast feedback loops, and working closely with some seriously sharp engineers who’ve built platforms used by millions.
This is less about “leading a squad” and more about making the product better, every single day — through data, user feedback, prompt tweaking, digging through logs, spotting weird behaviour, and helping agents feel smart and reliable.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Make the product better – fast, scrappy, and grounded in user reality
- Work alongside engineers who think like PMs and don’t need handholding
- Run human evals, track usage patterns, and build tooling to understand what’s working
- Help shape the platform powering our AI agents: workflows, behaviour, speed, quality
- Create tight, iterative loops between insight and execution – think hours, not weeks
What We’re Looking For
- A technical background (engineering, data science, AI systems)
- Comfortable navigating logs, data, prompt tuning, model evaluation etc
- Startup/early-stage experience
- Clear, thoughtful communicator who doesn’t need everything scoped for them
- Ability to own big ambiguous problems and break them into real, testable steps
- No ego, no politics – just speed, quality, and relentless curiosity
Bonus points for:
- Agent experience – building, testing, evaluating
- You’ve lived through a product going from nothing to launch
- You’re allergic to fluff and know when something’s “good enough to test”
Why You’ll Actually Like It Here
- A flat structure: smart people solve important problems. No hand-offs.
- Team includes a founder, CTO, ex-Facebook engs, and one new backend hire
- Releasing beta in August — this isn’t theory, it’s happening
- Travel and accom covered for Budapest co-working weeks
- Interviews are chill: more about what you’ve built than leetcode nonsense
This is a quick process so apply for next steps ASAP.
