A fast-growing healthtech company is developing AI-enabled tools that are transforming how clinicians diagnose and manage a major, underdiagnosed condition affecting millions. They’ve created the first end-to-end digital solution in their field, and they’re just getting started.
They’re now hiring a Software Engineer (Python-focused) to help develop and scale the platform behind it all. This role offers the chance to be heavily involved in shaping the product, technical direction, and engineering culture, with plans for future progression into a leadership position.
What you’ll do:
- Build software that makes a real-world clinical impact
- Design and scale backend services in Python
- Deploy to AWS using tools like Kubernetes, Terraform and Ansible
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and clinical advisors
- Have the opportunity to progress into a leadership role as the team grows
What you’ll bring:
- At least 3 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on Python for backend services.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform
- A self-starter mindset, comfortable taking ownership of projects in a dynamic environment, with ambitions to become a leader.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Ansible is desirable!
