Already highly regarded in the BioAI sector, we’re looking for an ambitious individual to join our established AI unit to own and grow our BioAI capabilities across the US. Ambition and attitude are equally as important as relevant recruitment experience (although relevant experience would be great) in this team, so we\’re open to high-performing individuals looking for the right environment that will support their transition to this exciting area with world-class training.

Working with impactful current and new clients across exciting areas such as AI Drug Discovery, Bioinformatics, data science, and more, you’ll be tasked with further growing our already established reputation in the BioAI space.

Key Responsibilities

• Business development & client base management across our North American BioAI presence
• Negotiation and agreement of commercial terms and SLAs
• Brand presence building
• Development of candidate sourcing strategies; including headhunting, social networking, and data-mining.
• Offer management and post-placement support
• Strategic growth of desk and department
• Develop candidate network within your field
• Arrange and lead new client meetings
• Leadership if that is the progression route you choose

Experience recruiting in the AI & Data / Bioinformatics world is preferred; however, we are also open to experienced technical recruiters from life sciences or another technical area that are open to cross-training into this exciting and growing world! Experience level is also flexible – attitude and drive are more important for us!
