We’re hiring a Team Lead GTM / Technical Sales Recruiter to launch our newest function at Cubiq AI, helping clients hire the people who drive revenue, like Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Pre-Sales, Customer Success.
Off the back of our AI team’s success, demand in this space is growing fast. These roles are critical to getting AI products into customers' hands and most clients are struggling to find talent fluent in both tech and commercial.

Responsibilities:
- Own and grow our GTM vertical within AI.
- Work closely with our other high performing AI Team Leaders to continue our growth in the AI space.
- Build an elite network and place roles like Enterprise AE, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Partner Leads through to Exec / VP levels.
- Sell a true end-to-end recruitment solution to prospective AI clients.
- Build relationships with early-stage start-ups & Series A-C AI companies who need to show traction.
- Map talent across Gen AI, Defence AI, Robotics & Autonomous Systems, Bio AI and more.
- Lead and develop your own team of specialists – our hiring strategy is to hire experienced consultants who already have relevant experience.
- BD, sourcing, negotiation, post-placement.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership / management experience.
- Strong commercial instinct (pipeline, churn, ARR don’t scare you).
- Interest in AI and willingness to learn fast.
- Openness to work with our wider team to stay at the forefront of recruitment techniques.
