My client is a rapidly scaling climate tech company developing pioneering direct air capture technology. They’re hiring a Principal Interface Engineer to help bring this novel process to life at commercial scale.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in early-stage project environments. You’ll sit between internal teams and EPC partners, translating complex R&D into robust engineering delivery. The focus is on projects valued at over $1 billion, where process design, technical leadership, and clear communication are key.
What you'll need:
- 10+ years in process or chemical engineering, ideally within capital project environments
- Experience managing full lifecycle delivery from blank sheet to FEED and beyond
- Strong EPC exposure, either client-side or as a senior engineering lead
- Confidence leading interdisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, and process
- Knowledge of systems like gas scrubbing, absorption, or electrodialysis is a plus
