Maintenance Engineer Location: West Manchester Job Type: Permanent Salary: £55,000 DoE Industry: FMCG Shifts: Sunday to Thursday 07.00-16.00 OR night shift – 21.00-06.00 What we can offer you Employee of the Month Bonus, Staff Discount Scheme About the Maintenance Engineer opportunity My client produce and package Food & Beverage products at their sites in North-West Manchester and they are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (either electrical or mechanical bias) who will be responsible for PPM and reactive Maintenance of production equipment, building facilities and production & food safety policies. Maintenance Engineer Deliverables Provide Engineering Support for production activities, including Planned Preventative Maintenance and Breakdowns Assisting and advising on new plant designs, with regard to production efficiency and Health, Hygiene & Safety Calibration and Testing of weighing & measurement equipment Maintenance Engineer Person Requirements Relevant Electrical or Mechanical Qualification, including BTEC, Apprenticeship, ONC/HNC/HND or City & Guilds Fault-finding and corrective actions Mechanical or Electrical experience in either FMCG or Food environment Tags Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer, Multi-skilled Technician, Multi-skilled Engineer, FCMG, Repair, PPM, Planned Preventative Maintenance This company is an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
