We're recruiting a QC Analyst for an established diagnostics and biopharma manufacturer based in Maidstone, Kent. This is a hands-on QC laboratory role, testing raw materials, in-process materials and finished products, alongside calibration and a working knowledge of Data Integrity and Computer System Validation.
What you'll be doing:
- Lab-based testing and calibration of raw materials, in-process materials and finished goods
- Applying Data Integrity (DI) and Computer System Validation (CSV) principles
- Learning and understanding new equipment and software, not just following a method
- Acting as a go-to for junior colleagues day to day, without formal line management responsibility
- Putting together and delivering presentations

- A genuine interest in microbiology – not a food industry background
- Working knowledge of DI/CSV principles
- Comfortable presenting and communicating clearly at different levels
