You'll:
- Be the founding product hire, blank canvas, direct line to the CEO and leadership team
- Turn scientific and engineering requirements into real specs, tickets and shipped work
- Build the product function from scratch (tooling and process — your call)
- Push back on senior scientists when the science and the roadmap disagree
You are:
- A PM with a software engineering background
- Unfazed by technical depth and bio/AI company experience a big plus
- Someone who turns ambiguity into action, fast
