A world-class AI research organisation is quietly building a tech team that will tackle some of humanity’s biggest challenges - and they need a healthcare product expert to help shape that future. This is not your standard PM role. They’re looking for someone who can combine deep clinical understanding, multi‑geography healthcare experience, and hands‑on experience building AI products used by clinicians or healthcare systems. You’ll be joining at the ground floor of a team that’s scaling fast and making real‑world impact.
What you’ll do:
- Define product strategy for AI/ML tools designed for clinical and health research applications
- Collaborate directly with top‑tier technical teams (Data Science, ML Ops) and healthcare programme leads
- Translate complex healthcare system problems into actionable product roadmaps and technical requirements
- Champion the voice of clinical users – doctors, researchers, hospitals, and healthcare systems – ensuring every decision aligns with real‑world impact
- Influence stakeholders at every level, from engineers to execs
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience in healthcare product management, ideally with clinician‑facing AI products
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems and processes, ideally across multiple geographies
- Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams in high‑impact, ambiguous environments
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the credibility to earn trust from clinicians, scientists, and engineers alike
- Experience bridging research and real‑world healthcare applications
- Have worked in or with a research lab, NHS, public sector innovation programme, or international healthcare system
- Can explain complex AI concepts to clinical or non‑technical audiences clearly
- Are excited about building products that could reshape healthcare delivery and research
