This role offers diverse responsibilities and career growth opportunities. Position Overview The Property Management Analyst supports the Property Management team with administrative, clerical, and project tasks, assisting multiple property managers in a large portfolio. Key Responsibilities Perform property management tasks to ensure smooth operations. Engage in special projects, demonstrating problem-solving and creativity. Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Assist in CapEx projects and major works management. Manage vacant units, including utilities, security, repairs, and maintenance. Review leases for compliance and opportunities. Process tenant applications and consents. Coordinate property inspections. Collaborate with finance on invoices and payments. Monitor work orders and update property managers. Support asset value enhancement initiatives. Handle communication tasks, including post, LOAs, addendums, and welcome letters. Track management fees and generate invoices. Manage compliance and tenant obligations. Oversee ground rent payments. Handle insurance and damage claims. Respond to tenant requests. Assist with business rates and arrears management. Coordinate scheduling and travel. Support dilapidations and system updates. Contribute to sustainability and GDPR compliance efforts. Liaise with vendors and third-party managers. Manage service charges and prepare reports. Perform additional duties as needed. Candidate Requirements Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Experience in commercial real estate or property management, either consultancy or client-side. Understanding of commercial real estate documentation, including leases and licenses. Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and presentation. Ability to handle high workload, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. Strong organizational, administrative, communication, and written skills. Ability to work independently, adapt priorities, and establish cooperative relationships. Desirable But Not Essential Real estate degree or equivalent experience. RICS qualification. Knowledge of Salesforce or Yardi systems. Second European language skills.
