Position Overview

  • Supporting Senior Legal Counsel in executing complex transactions across European geographies.
  • Streamlining transaction processes for efficiency.
  • Managing specific transactions to meet business objectives.
  • Assisting with the management of the company\’s corporate structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, analyze, negotiate, document, and close various transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, sale and leaseback, financing, and developments.
  • Manage complex deals and external legal teams.
  • Assess risks and advise on mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure transactions proceed on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to growth strategies and market intelligence.
  • Present transactions at board meetings and oversee document execution.
  • Review environmental reports and manage legal aspects of environmental issues.
  • Supervise legal analysts and improve internal policies.
  • Negotiate with external parties and provide legal counsel to executives.

Candidate Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Qualified Solicitor/Attorney with real estate transaction experience, preferably from an international or US law firm or a real estate investment fund.
  • Experience negotiating and closing real estate deals.
  • Familiarity with investment structures, JV arrangements, and corporate law.
  • Proficiency in legal drafting and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commercial mindset with risk management capabilities.
  • Responsibility-driven, hands-on, and able to delegate.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
