We must achieve our goals by delivering our projects the right first time, and to ensure this happens, we have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who has a relentless focus on quality and detail and is a confident communicator to join our Operational team.

Main duties and responsibilities:- Taking off quantities from drawings for procurement/checking subcontractor applications/pricing variations
- On-site measures
- Checking invoices against purchase orders
- Involvement with subcontractor procurement and subcontractor procurement analysis
- Issue tender enquiries
- Placing sub-contract orders
- Placing purchase orders (e.g. labour, materials, preliminary items)
- Managing sub-contract packages from procurement through to final
