The Business Support Officer provides analytical, coordination, and governance support to the EMEA leadership team. This role is well suited to an early‑career professional with a strong academic foundation in Business, Economics, or a related discipline, and 2–3 years’ experience in a business, finance, operations, or consulting environment. The role supports effective decision‑making through high‑quality management information, structured governance, and cross‑functional coordination across the region.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management Information & Business Reviews: Own the production and maintenance of the monthly MI and EMEA Business Review deck, working with functional teams to gather inputs, and ensure consistency. Support analysis and reporting across: Profit & Loss (P&L), Value Creation Plan (VCP), Growth metrics, Change Orders, Headcount, Risks and issues. Maintain the risk and issue register, ensuring risks are clearly documented, owned, and tracked.
- Change & Governance Support: Provide structured support to change programmes, helping track progress, actions, and key milestones. Ensure governance standards are followed and key information is accurately recorded.
- Cross‑Functional Action Tracking: Own action tracking across EMEA, ensuring actions from leadership meetings and reviews are logged, monitored, and followed up. Work with stakeholders across departments to drive timely updates and closure.
- Meeting & Operating Rhythm Support: Support meeting governance, including agenda coordination, materials preparation, note‑taking, and follow‑up actions. Help ensure meetings are well‑structured and outputs are clearly captured.
- Executive & External Presentation Support: Assist with the preparation of external presentation materials for customers, partners, and other stakeholders. Support senior leaders with clear, accurate, and professional presentation content as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 2–3 years’ professional experience in a business, finance, operations, consulting, or analytical role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with data and metrics. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (or equivalent tools).
- Desirable: Exposure to financial reporting (e.g. P&L, headcount, forecasts). Experience supporting senior stakeholders or leadership forums. Familiarity with change initiatives, governance, or programme support.

- Highly organised and structured, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
