This role can be based from our office in Redhill, Surrey or from a London site.

The Associate, Transformation Management Office (TMO) will support the execution and tracking of key strategic and operational initiatives across the business. This role combines analytical problem-solving, financial and operational modeling, project management support, and executive reporting within a fast-paced transformation environment. Working closely with the Director of Transformation and cross-functional business leaders, the Associate will help monitor initiative performance, develop reporting and forecasting tools, conduct data analysis, and support enterprise-wide transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution and tracking of strategic transformation initiatives across the organization
  • Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, risk logs, and action item registers
  • Prepare recurring status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting materials
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities
  • Build and maintain forecasting models, KPI dashboards, and business performance reporting tools
  • Support initiative benefit tracking, savings validation, and value capture reporting
  • Conduct ad hoc quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business decision-making
  • Consolidate and validate data from multiple business functions and systems
  • Coordinate meetings, document key decisions, and track follow-up actions across stakeholders
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Commercial, HR, IT, and other functional teams to support transformation workstreams
  • Assist with business case development, scenario analysis, and operational performance reviews
  • Support preparation of materials for senior leadership presentations and governance meetings

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Desirable:

  • Internship or prior experience in consulting, finance, strategy, operations, analytics, or PMO-related roles
  • Experience developing financial models, forecasts, or business performance analyses
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience working with large or complex datasets
  • Understanding of project management principles and governance processes
