The Role: Director of Strategic People Partnering
We are looking for an experienced Director of Strategic People Partnering to join our senior Global People & HR leadership team. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our global transformation agenda.
As a trusted thought partner advisor to senior business leaders, you will:
- Collaborate with global senior leadership team to shape people initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
- Lead organisation design, workforce planning and major transformation programmes, including operating model redesign.
- Build leadership capability through succession planning, coaching and talent management.
- Drive cultural and behavioural change, embedding agility, inclusivity and accountability across the organisation.
- Use data, analytics and workforce insights to shape decision-making and anticipate future trends.
- Work closely with HR Centres of Excellence and Talent Acquisition to attract, retain and develop critical talent.
What We’re Looking For:
You will be a seasoned HR leader with proven experience of delivering large-scale organisational transformation in a complex, global business. You bring:
- A strong track record of partnering with senior executives, influencing at Board/C-suite level.
- Deep expertise in workforce planning and organisation design, with a proven ability to align people strategies to business transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver change programmes that drive both cultural and operational outcomes.
- Global experience across multiple regions (ideally including outside EMEA).
- Resilience, adaptability and confidence in navigating ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coach, mentor and inspire others.
- Experience in fast-paced or private equity environments.
- Familiarity with frameworks and processes such as the 9-Box Grid, Talent Organisation Review (TOR), and Annual Operating Planning (AOP).
