Cubefunder is looking for a Technical Applications Manager to take ownership of Emerald, our core CRM and operational lending platform.
Working closely with our CTO, you’ll help shape how the platform develops and ensure it continues to support the needs of the business.
You’ll work with teams across Cubefunder to understand what they need, then coordinate developers and external suppliers to deliver improvements. You’ll also manage testing and releases, investigate issues and keep people updated along the way. It’s a hands-on role with real responsibility and a chance to see the impact of your work.
This is an office-based role in Windsor, where you’ll work alongside colleagues in person and build strong relationships across the business. You’ll join a young, growing team in a lively, friendly office, with the opportunity to develop your career as Cubefunder expands.
We’re looking for someone with experience in application support or management, CRM, business systems, technical analysis, QA or technology project delivery. You’ll be comfortable working with both business users and technical teams, and have a good understanding of SQL, APIs and JSON.
You don’t need to be a developer, but you should enjoy investigating how systems work and finding ways to improve them.
There may also be opportunities to get involved in Cubefunder’s wider technology and AI initiatives as they develop.
