Essential:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a design, commercial or technical engineering role
- Minimum 2 years in a commercial role
- HNC or higher in Mechanical Engineering
- In-depth understanding of material handling equipment/systems
- Proven experience of engineering design principles related to material handling equipment
- Strong CAD / SolidWorks proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant business systems
The right person will also be:
- A clear, confident communicator at all levels
- Customer-centric with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity
- Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture
Benefits
- Circa £70,000 base salary
- Up to 15% annual bonus
- BUPA private health insurance
- Health cash plan
- Enhanced pension scheme
- Life assurance policy
- 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
