We’re recruiting motivated Trainee Print Operators to join a company that produces high-quality retail display products for some of the world’s most recognisable brands.
Our client is an established leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of POS displays and packaging solutions, with a reputation for innovation, reliability, and global reach. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and develop in a highly skilled trade within a supportive team environment.
About the role:
This is a varied trainee role, where you’ll learn to operate a range of print machinery used to produce world-class retail display products. Full training will be provided, with pay progression as you become competent across different machines. Duties can include:

Training to set up and run a variety of print machines to company and customer standards
*
Following operating procedures to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency
*
Supporting with light assembly and packaging of finished POS products when required
*
Ensuring work areas are kept safe, clean, and organised
*
Assisting with quality checks and reporting any faults or issues
*
Working as part of a team to meet production schedules and customer deadlines
Pay & Benefits:
*
Pay: £13.00 per hour starting rate, rising to £15.60 per hour once fully trained on 3 machines
*
Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00am – 12:30pm Friday
*
Holidays: 27 days annual leave + statutory bank holidays
*
Other: Ongoing training, long-term career development, pension scheme
