The Role
You\’ll be assembling and testing complex, high-precision OEM machinery in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical assembly of machinery and tooling to customer specifications
- Fault diagnosis, testing, and quality checking
- Collaborating with engineers and supporting semi-skilled colleagues
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and audit-ready workspace
- Assisting apprentices and mentoring new starters
- Escalating issues and contributing to problem-solving investigations
What You\’ll Get
- Salary: ÂŁ34,710 per annum (ÂŁ17.80/hour)
- Contract: Fixed-Term until end of 2025
- Holiday: 28 days rising to 33 after 12 weeks
- Hours: Full-time, days (no nights!)
- Pension: Enrolment after 12 weeks

What We\’re Looking For
- Apprentice trained or NVQ Level 3 in mechanical engineering (or equivalent)
