Cubed Talent are proud to be partnering with a market-leading, design-to-order engineering manufacturer to recruit an experienced Quality Control Engineer. This is a pivotal role focused on ensuring machines leave the factory meeting the highest standards of quality, reliability and customer expectation. Acting as the voice of the customer during Factory PDI and Buy-Offs, you will play a key role in protecting product integrity while driving improvements across assembly, supplier quality and internal processes.

The Opportunity

As Quality Control Engineer, you will work within the Assembly Inspection team to ensure final product quality prior to customer testing and sign-off. You will support the ongoing development of business processes and product quality by identifying improvement opportunities and helping implement effective change. This role combines hands-on inspection, root cause investigation and cross-functional collaboration ensuring that quality is built into processes, not just inspected at the end.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will ensure final product quality prior to customer testing, acting as the voice of the customer during factory PDI and Buy-Offs, and promoting a culture where process owners take accountability.
