Twilight Shift Hours (4:30pm-9pm Monday-Thursday 12:30pm-4:30pm Fridays) 23 hours per week
We are currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives for temporary on-going assignments to join our client, who are leaders in their field. Due to start in the coming weeks, this is an excellent opportunity to gain long-lasting employment within a fantastic local employer in a fast-paced, results-driven manufacturing environment.
Duties will include:
- Table hand assembly operations
- Assembling products using hand tools such as glue guns.
- Working with a variety of materials including cardboard, metal, and wood
- Transporting goods/stock on pallet trucks
- Stock control & general warehousing duties
- Completing job sheets accurately
- This position can involve some heavy lifting.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and an eye for quality is essential to being successful in this position.
Experience within an assembly environment would be an advantage but training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have good levels of English and Maths.
Pay rate:
12.21 per hour
Overtime is paid at Tx1.5 on hours worked over basic 37.5 hours Monday through Saturday and at Tx2 Sundays and Bank Holidays.
