Looking for a hands-on role with a clear path to a permanent contract? Our well-established BD2 client is growing their production team and wants people who take pride in their work - full training provided, genuine progression on offer.

What’s in it for you?

  • £12.71 per hour during your 12-week training period, rising to £13.08 per hour (£25,000) thereafter

Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Friday: 8:00am - 1:45pm

What you’ll be doing:

  • Operating a table saw, pillar drill and CNC router (full training provided)
  • Receiving and processing incoming shipments
  • Picking and packing orders ready for despatch
  • Carrying out quality checks on incoming and outgoing products
  • Working from drawings and following work instructions
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised

What we’re looking for:

  • Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good physical stamina - comfortable with lifting
  • Computer literate
  • Great time management and able to work to deadlines
  • A team player with strong communication skills
  • Driving licence ideal but not essential
