We’re recruiting motivated Logistics Operatives to join a company that is a pioneer within the modular construction sector, supporting projects for some of the world’s most recognisable clients. About the role: This is a varied logistics role, where you’ll be involved in preparing, organising, and dispatching products to meet customer requirements. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and goods out, supporting the wider production team to keep operations running efficiently. Duties can include: * Carrying out general workshop duties to support smooth operations * Preparing finished products for dispatch, including taping, packaging, and palletising * Organising and labelling completed works ready for shipment * Handling goods in and goods out processes with accuracy and efficiency * Ensuring dispatches are completed in a timely manner * Keeping work areas safe, clean, and well-organised Pay & Benefits: * Pay: £12.60 per hour * Hours: 4-day working week, 37.5 hours total * Contract: Temporary ongoing, with scope for progression * Other: Enhanced overtime rates, long-term career opportunities About You: We’re looking for reliable, practical individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Previous logistics or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential – full support will be provided.
