Responsible for developing and executing B2B digital marketing strategies to increase presence, brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, content, and display advertising).
- Maintain and update the company website (CMS experience required).
- Collaborate with external agencies for SEO and paid media efforts.
- Monitor and report on website analytics and performance (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with project clients and suppliers to highlight case studies, behind-the-scenes, and completed projects.
- Engage with industry partners and stakeholders to build community and visibility.
- Write and curate content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and digital ads.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, project decks, and branded templates.
- Organise and coordinate content production activities such as webinars, podcast recordings, and video shoots.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
This is a full-time position with options for a hybrid working arrangement (minimum 3 days in the office), based near Skipton. On offer is a salary of circa £30k plus benefits including 33 days leave (rising with service), health cash plan, private medical insurance, and a discretionary annual bonus. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar B2B marketing role and have a strong understanding of digital marketing and social media; including SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email marketing software.
