Key Responsibilities
- Managing import shipments from origin through to delivery.
- Processing pre-alerts and maintaining shipment files.
- Coordinating deliveries with customers and hauliers.

- Supporting customs clearance processes where required.
- Managing key customer accounts and maintaining excellent service levels.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Import Freight Forwarding.
- NVOCC experience would be advantageous.

- Sigma system experience would be a bonus.
