Litho Print Minder – Double Day Shift
Permanent Position
Competitive Salary – £28,500 - £33,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)

We are seeking an experienced Litho Print Minder to join a busy production team working a double day shift pattern. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled print professional looking for long-term stability within a high-quality, fast-paced printing environment.
The Role
- Working alongside No.1 Printers, you will support the operation of Heidelberg XL 106 6 & 7 Colour Presses with coater, assisting in the consistent delivery of high-quality UV and conventional print work.
- You will be expected to work with minimal supervision, using your experience to resolve day-to-day production issues and maintain exacting quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the printing process to meet production and quality targets
- Assisting on lithographic printing machinery during double-day shifts
- Monitoring print quality, colour consistency, and materials
- Troubleshooting and resolving print and machinery issues
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment to a high standard
- Adhering to all health & safety procedures and housekeeping standards
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a litho printing environment
- Experience assisting on Heidelberg presses (XL 106 preferred)
- Strong understanding of print materials and colour standards
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work on your own initiative
- Passion for producing high-end, quality print
