Role Mission
- Review and edit translations of laws, legal documents, and/or any other documents from Swedish to English.
- Use the CUBE platform to match sections of laws to sections in CUBE.
- Conduct legal research using official sources from your jurisdiction/s and language/s.
- Conduct ad hoc/assigned research in your language/s from time to time.
Role Responsibilities
- Experienced linguist / translator, ideally with an understanding of information related legislation, and governance, risk and compliance.
- Good research skills with an ability to analyse and interpret complex information.
- Written and spoken English (UK) is a necessity.
- Written and spoken Swedish is a necessity.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Good knowledge of office applications including Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint, and ability to work with electronic research resources.
- Ability to observe strict confidentiality.
- Proven team skills.
