Contract - Business Analyst

Role: Contract – Business Analyst

This is a 6 month contract opportunity with the prospect of extension where required.

Location: London (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:

• Document current and future state operating model for the editorial processes.
• Document user stories and testing acceptance criteria for all editorial processes.
• Coordinate with product and technology teams to ensure alignment in the development and testing of all editorial functionality.
• Produce training guides for editorial team.

What we\’re looking for:

• 5 – 10 years\’ experience designing and delivering new operating models and processes supported by SaaS solutions.
• A proven track record gathering requirements and user stories for teams of software developers and have been involved in reviewing, testing and documenting the new processes and workflows built as a result.
• Excellent PowerPoint, Excel and written communication skills.
• Background in Technology and AI would be advantageous.
• Previous Consulting and Tech Start Up experience would be advantageous.
• Can do attitude who is pro-active in approaching tasks.
• Resilient under pressure.
• Ability to switch between rapidly changing priorities.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
