Purpose Of The Job
Lead the Powered by CUBE product proposition and RegConnect API – the backbone of how customers integrate CUBE’s regulatory intelligence into their ecosystems. Your mission is to define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our API products to maximise adoption, user engagement, and customer value. You will collaborate with engineering, customer success, and strategic partners to ensure our APIs set the industry benchmark for performance, developer experience, and enterprise scalability. These products are integral to CUBE’s broader product vision and growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for Powered by CUBE and RegConnect (API).
- Set quarterly objectives and ensure effective execution of roadmap and key results.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer and business needs.
- Partner with technical integration leads to deliver successful implementations that drive measurable customer value.
- Lead discovery and solutioning with customers, partners, engineers, and designers to create scalable, intuitive integration experiences.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver high‑quality, performant, and secure APIs, clearly articulating customer problems and opportunities.
- Ensure best‑in‑class developer experience, including documentation, onboarding flows, and usability standards.
- Champion data‑led decision making by monitoring API adoption, usage, and performance metrics to inform prioritisation.
- Drive innovation in customer engagement through AI‑powered features, data visualisation, and enhanced workflows.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the CUBE Product Vision and Strategy.
- Undertake ad‑hoc responsibilities and initiatives aligned with the role.
What We’re Looking For
Knowledge & Experience
- Significant experience as a Lead Product Manager or Head of Product in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of delivering API products, developer tools, or integration platforms with measurable adoption and value.
- Hands‑on knowledge of REST APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys), and integration workflows.
- Experience with API documentation standards (Swagger/OpenAPI) and developer experience best practices.
- Skilled in managing backlogs, setting objectives, and delivering high‑quality releases in an agile environment.
- Ability to translate complex technical problems into simple, customer‑driven solutions.
- Strong communication skills to influence technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Confluence, analytics platforms).
