We are a specialist joinery subcontractor established in 2016 and based in Rackheath, Norfolk. We offer a range of product services, including cubicles, IPS and vanity units, to clients and main contractors throughout the UK. We are currently seeking a Joinery Supervisor, who will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high‑quality carpentry and joinery projects across multiple sites throughout the UK. This role will be approximately 80% field‑based and will include the following:

  • Initial site surveys and client meetings
  • Site readiness inspections
  • Supervising installation teams on live projects
  • Acting as the main point of contact for installation teams
  • Ensuring workmanship meets company standards in accordance with QA procedures
  • Resolving on‑site issues while liaising with clients and project teams
  • Training and developing installation teams

The remaining 20% office‑based duties include planning, reporting, coordinating materials, and supporting project administration. The ideal candidate will be an experienced carpenter/joiner with strong leadership skills, capable of managing teams, maintaining productivity, and ensuring safe, compliant working practices.
