At CUBE HR, we're a growing HR consultancy helping businesses navigate people challenges through expert HR support, employment law advice, recruitment, training and leadership development. We're looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join our team and play a key role in growing our brand and digital presence.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X
- Writing blogs, video scripts and marketing copy
- Designing graphics, reels and digital assets
- Supporting SEO, website updates and email marketing campaigns
- Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Using AI-powered tools to support content creation and marketing innovation
- Helping promote events, webinars, training courses and client success stories
What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for marketing, content creation and social media
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- A creative mindset and willingness to learn
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
- Experience creating content for social media platforms is a bonus
