The Senior Communications Lead helps shape CUBE’s narrative across internal and external audiences, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact. This role leads communications, analyst relations, employer brand, internal communications, and D&I storytelling. It partners closely with HR, Talent, Product, Sales, and the Executive team to ensure CUBE communicates with purpose, coherence, and authenticity. PR and broader reputation strategy sit with the CMO, allowing this role to focus on high quality content, coordination, and execution.
Skills & Experience
- Significant experience in a broad range of communications, including employer brand within B2B SaaS, fintech, regtech, or other complex enterprise environments.
- Proven ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences.
- Experience partnering with HR/Talent on employer brand or recruitment marketing.
- Experience supporting internal communications and culture programmes.
- Strong understanding of D&I principles and inclusive communication practices.
- Experience working with senior leaders and cross functional teams.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Exceptional writing skills across formats: thought leadership, internal comms, social content, analyst submissions.
- Ability to translate complex product and market information into simple, compelling messaging.
- Familiarity with content management systems, internal comms tools, and employer brand platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfortable using data and feedback to measure communication effectiveness.
