We are looking for a motivated and organised Compliance Administrator to join this small and friendly team based on Wrexham Industrial Estate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in compliance, environmental services, or health and safety. Previous experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are particularly interested in candidates who have an interest in environmental management, sustainability, or health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and updating training records on internal systems.
  • Preparing and sending Waste reports to clients.
  • Ensuring compliance records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks related to environmental and health & safety compliance.
  • Supporting the wider team with documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
  • Liaising with clients and colleagues in a professional and timely manner.

What We're Looking For:

  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications in particular Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An interest in environmental matters, sustainability, or health and safety.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

What We Offer:

  • Salary of around £27,000 per year with full training and support, working Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
