We are seeking a Hybrid Service Coordinator for our friendly team based in Wrexham. Working for a growing and well established business who truly look after their staff. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling field engineers, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources while meeting customer requirements and service KPIs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and booking engineers’ workloads and diaries
- Handling customer calls and service requests
- Coordinating preventative maintenance visits
- Ensuring accurate job close-down and invoicing
- Maintaining CRM records and service data accuracy
- Working closely with engineers and internal teams to optimise service delivery
Ideal background:
- Previous experience in service planning, coordination, or scheduling
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
In return you can expect a salary of £30,000 pa plus up to a £1800 per annum bonus paid monthly depending on company performance. This will rise to £32k basic after 6 months. Working Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm and an early finish on a Friday of 2pm plus a great range of benefits including 34 days holidays which also rise in service and many more perks.
