We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Sales Co-ordinator to support our maintenance sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in a technical or engineering sales environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth processing of contract renewals, customer communication, and sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of maintenance contracts including existing and new.
- Pro-active renewal follow-up.
- Pro-active business development for new maintenance contracts to include site visits where deemed necessary.
- New maintenance contract sales – through from quotation, follow-up to close.
- Proactive development of maintenance opportunities to existing and new clients.
- Variances to any of the above are immediately reported.
- The Head of Sales is informed immediately it becomes evident that further materials, support, or equipment is needed to complete the function safely and reliably.
- Any other responsibilities that may reasonably be expected.
