Part Time Permanent Payroll Coordinator required for this well established highly regarded company to produce accurate and timely payroll processing.

Hours will be flexible at either 3 days per week or to work around school hours.

This will be a remote role after training.

  • Processing monthly salaries and additional payments, deductions, other associated adjustments.
  • Process new starters & leavers
  • Calculation and inputting of BIK pay element and standard, or salary sacrifice deductions
  • Administration of BIK records (Healthcare, life cover, Private use of company vehicle, EV car scheme, Home & Electronics scheme.)
  • Maintain and process Pension data & Wage stream
  • Ensure HR information held on Evalu-8 is up to date for all employees.
  • Input and authorise payroll payments on the bank
  • Administration of HMRC FPS, EPS submissions

Other duties will include

  • Annual P11D submission and payment.
  • Annual PSA submission and payment.
  • Annual management of holidays & Salary changes
  • Reporting to Office for National Statistics.

Knowledge and Experience

  • ACCA/CIMA Qualified or Qualified by experience
  • Working knowledge of Sage Payroll systems – desirable
  • Working knowledge of Sage accounting systems – desirable but not essential
  • Advanced excel spreadsheets skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Knowledge of current workplace legislation
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role
