Are you an experienced business customer account advisor who listens well, understands the needs of customers and can think on their feet to provide the best solutions to issues raised? If so, this could be the opportunity for you! Great company to work for with excellent career prospects.

Day to day as a customer account advisor you will be:

  • Speaking to business customers over the phone to resolve any issues that may have arisen
  • Inbound call handling
  • Providing solutions to business customers which are mutually agreeable moving forward
  • Updating the in-house system with any progress

You will be a good listener, resilient with a good level of customer service experience and have a level of common sense to be able to look at the bigger picture when providing solutions.

Starting Salary £27,000 OFFICE BASED Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
