Our client, a leader in its field, is currently seeking an additional Service Coordinator/Planner for the friendly team based in Fareham. Working for a growing and well-established business that truly values its staff, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling field engineers, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources while meeting customer requirements and service KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and booking engineers' workloads and diaries
  • Handling customer calls and service requests
  • Coordinating preventative maintenance visits
  • Ensuring accurate job close-down and invoicing
  • Maintaining CRM records and service data accuracy
  • Working closely with engineers and internal teams to optimise service delivery

Ideal background:

  • Previous experience in service planning, coordination, or scheduling
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

In return, you can expect a salary of £30,000 per annum plus up to a £1,800 per annum bonus paid monthly depending on company performance. Working Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and an early finish on a Friday of 2:00 pm, plus a great range of benefits including 34 days holidays which also rise in service and many more perks.
