We are proud to be representing our client who is on the lookout for a sales coordinator on a hybrid basis to join the sales operation of this nationwide forward-thinking company. This presents an excellent opportunity for future development into more senior roles within a very good stable niche industry. This desk-based role focuses on generating and sending quotes for new hardware systems, alongside acting proactively on inbound sales leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate quotes for hardware based on business customer requirements and predefined application templates.
- Liaise with internal technical and sales teams to ensure quotes meet customer needs and company standards.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with quote details, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Process/respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks and customer communications.
- Build product knowledge around the hardware systems and stay informed about new offerings and updates.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval processes.
To be considered you will be:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in a sales support or quoting role is desirable but not essential.
- Interest in technology or electrical systems is advantageous.

In return you can expect a basic starting salary in the region of £25,000- £27,000 per annum plus a very achievable bonus of £5,000 (pro rata monthly). The hours of work are 08:30 - 5:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 until 2 on a Friday. The position also comes with some excellent company-related benefits including holidays that start at 26 days plus bank holidays.
