We are seeking an administrator for our growing service team based in Farham. This position supports the Service Planning team with a variety of administrative and customer-focused tasks, helping ensure smooth day-to-day service operations and excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing shared service inboxes and incoming calls
- Allocating and escalating customer queries where required
- Raising jobs and sales orders under planner guidance
- Supporting documentation requests (RAMS, reports, CRM updates)
- Providing cover and support for planners during busy periods or absence
Ideal background:
- Experience in service administration or customer service
- Ideally have worked within an engineering or manufacturing business
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Good IT literacy and ability to work accurately under pressure
In return you can expect a salary of £28,000 pa plus up to a £1800 per annum bonus paid monthly depending on company performance. Working Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm and an early finish on a Friday of 2pm plus a great range of benefits including 34 days holidays which also rise in service and many more perks.
