Excellent opportunity to join a fast growing and well established business based on the Wrexham Industrial Estate. After training, option to work on a hybrid basis, you will be responsible for the timely processing of customer orders and returns. This is an addition to the team due to the workload now and in the future and comes with the opportunity of progression and career development.
You will be working with all teams in the business to ensure:
- All customer credits are processed in a timely manner.
- Customer returns are processed in a timely manner.
- Stock issues affecting customers order fulfilment are resolved and customers are informed and proposed a solution.
- Any issues post-delivery completion (e.g. damaged goods, missing items, etc) are resolved efficiently.
- Work with the Compliance team to identify, investigate and resolve customer facing Opportunities for Improvement and Non-Compliances.
- Use company software packages to manage customer service duties efficiently.
- Proactively engage customers to ensure service levels are upheld.
- Provide inbound telephone support for Sales team.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Good working knowledge of SOP systems and procedures.
- Accurate processing of large amounts of data.
- Knowledge of Sage systems ideally although this is not essential.
- Good IT skills, Excel, Word.
We are seeking a good team player with the ability to work accurately and to strict deadlines. Someone who is very customer focused with strong organisational skills.
You will be working Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and an early finish of 2pm on a Friday. The role comes with a bonus and excellent benefits including 26 days holidays, plus bank holidays, private health, pension and more. This role is hybrid but will be in the office whilst training.
