Day to day as a customer account advisor you will be:
- Speaking to business customers over the phone to resolve any issues that may have arisen
- Inbound call handling
- Provide solutions to business customers which are mutually agreeable moving forward
- Update the in-house system with any progress
You will be a good listener, resilient with a good level of customer service experience and have a level of common sense to be able to look at the bigger picture when providing solutions.
Starting Salary: £27,000
Office Based: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
