Our client - A leader in its field, is currently seeking an additional Service Administrator for the friendly team based in Letchworth. Working for a growing and well-established business that truly values its staff, you will be responsible for supporting the Planning/Scheduling team for the field engineers, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources while meeting customer requirements and service KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Administer the unassigned service emails, reply or allocate to relevant teams, escalating to Lead Planners as and when necessary.
- Answer Service incoming calls and direct accordingly.
- Acknowledge customer emails that may be chasing and escalate this to the relevant Lead Planner for action.
- Raise jobs under the direction of the Lead Planners for new sales orders.
- Support with the processing of sample kits following maintenance and ensure the associated reports are uploaded into the CRM.
- Action any requests for information that come into the service email inbox.
- Support service planners with any requirements they have, especially when others are on annual leave.
- Ensure all paperwork and procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure that any variances to any of the above are immediately reported.
- Carry out any other function deemed necessary by the Lead Planner.
