We are proud to be representing our client who is on the lookout for a sales coordinator on a hybrid basis to join the sales operation of this nationwide forward-thinking company. This desk-based role focuses on generating and sending quotes for new hardware systems, alongside acting proactively on inbound sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate quotes for hardware based on business customer requirements and predefined application templates.
  • Liaise with internal technical and sales teams to ensure quotes meet customer needs and company standards.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with quote details, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Process/respond to inbound sales enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the wider sales team with administrative tasks and customer communications.
  • Build product knowledge around the hardware systems and stay informed about new offerings and updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval processes.
