Due to expansion and continued success our client is currently seeking an addition to the Health & Safety team for the Rowley Regis Depot. Solid industry to be involved in with excellent career prospects. Working alongside the HSEQ Director and H&S Manager, you will help to ensure compliance with relevant company and legislative requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the H&S Manager to implement and roll out safety training and awareness
- Carrying out safety inductions for office and operational staff
- Maintain our database of all accidents and near misses
- The review and production of risk assessments and safe systems of work
- Safety auditing of operational sites, both general and focused
- Assisting in internal and external audits for the company ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management System
- Conducting Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) to identify where additional or refresher training is required for those in operational roles, such as mobile plant competencies
- Providing support to incident investigations to identify root causes and preventative actions
