An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join this highly successful and reputable waste management company with a nationwide presence. Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing a team of up to 8 new businesses field sales executives covering the Nottingham/Leicester/Derby territory and surrounding areas.
  • Dealing with KPIs and strategies to bring the best out of the team as well as recruitment and day-to-day reactive management whilst adhering to Waste Management legislation and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Constantly monitor and oversee entry into new market sectors and develop new business opportunities.
  • Working closely with the Group Head of Sales and Marketing to provide data and feedback on the performance of the region, market analysis and team performance KPIs.
