We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Customer Service Administrator to join the team of this highly reputable distribution/manufacturing company based in Wrexham. You will play a key part in maintaining exceptional customer service standards and ensuring every customer receives a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. This role suits someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer credits and returns accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Resolve stock issues affecting customer orders and communicate solutions clearly.
  • Manage post-delivery issues such as damaged or missing items.
  • Work closely with the Compliance team to investigate and resolve customer-facing non-compliances and improvement opportunities.
  • Use company systems (including Sage and SOP processes) to manage customer service tasks efficiently.
  • Provide inbound telephone support to the Sales team.
  • Proactively engage with customers to uphold service levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and line managers to ensure smooth operations.

  • Strong knowledge of Sales Order Processing systems and procedures.
  • Strong Customer Service skills.
  • Experience processing large volumes of data.
