We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and strong computer skills to contribute to a dynamic work environment. The Administrator will play a key part in maintaining effective communication, customer service, data management, and organisational processes across the organisation.

Duties

  • Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in digital formats
  • Performing data entry tasks with accuracy using CRM systems
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
  • Speaking to business customers in order to gain correct documentation
  • Ensuring the organisations administrative procedures are followed effectively
