We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Sales Co-ordinator to support our maintenance sales team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience in a technical or engineering sales environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth processing of contract renewals, customer communication, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordination of maintenance contracts including existing and new.
  • Pro-active renewal follow-up.
  • Pro-active business development for new maintenance contracts to include site visits where deemed necessary.
  • New maintenance contract sales through from quotation, follow-up to close.
  • Proactive development of maintenance opportunities to existing and new clients.
  • Variances to any of the above are immediately reported.
  • The Head of Sales is informed immediately it becomes evident that further materials, support, or equipment is needed to complete the function safely and reliably.
  • Any other responsibilities that may reasonably be expected.

The right person:

  • Knowledge of service contracts or maintenance agreements is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with CRM/ERP systems is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

In return you can expect a salary of £29,500 plus bonus working Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm and an early finish at 2pm on a Friday. 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, birthday off and many benefits which will be discussed.
